Jen graduated from Blue Valley North High School and Graceland University where she graduated with a degree in English and Political Science. In 1998 she moved to New York City where she managed the Board of Directors of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons and then later worked for Peter G. Peterson, Former Secretary of Commerce. She moved back to the Kansas City area in 2002 to start her real estate career.

Elias Li is the team's full-time Buyer's Agent. Elias has many years experience in sales. Elias is a diligent researcher and will always make sure he finds the perfect home for his clients.

Elias was raised in New York City where he graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and New York University with a degree in Film. He has worked as a stockbroker on Wall Street and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Elias is fluent in Mandarin.

Jen and Elias were married in 2002 and they have a son, Gabriel, born in 2004 and a daughter, Sadie, born in 2006. They live in south Overland Park.
